For healthcare professionals
For clinicians
If a patient has mentioned our products — or arrived at your office with one of our cards — this page is for you. It contains documentation, not persuasion. We make no medical claims, we do not position our products as treatment for anything, and we consider "talk to your doctor" the most important sentence on our consumer site. Here is what your patients are actually taking.
What these products are
Chime & Chill produces hemp-derived cannabinoid wellness products built on CBD isolate, selectively recombined with isolated minor cannabinoids (CBG, CBN, THCv, CBC, CBT, CBDv depending on SKU). They are marketed on effects language (calm, rest, focus) and education only — never as treatment, prevention, or cure for any condition, in accordance with FDA rules for hemp products.
- THC content
- Non-detect on every product, including the inhalable SKU — verified per batch by NYS third-party laboratory. Exceeds (i.e., goes below) the federal <0.3% hemp threshold.
- Carrier / excipients
- Safflower oil base. No MCT/coconut, no tree-nut or peanut-derived ingredients — formulated for a nut-free household.
- Serving format
- Pre-dosed single-serving units (no droppers or patient-measured dosing), supporting consistent, repeatable intake — relevant for caregiver-administered use.
- Lab testing
- NYS third-party Certificates of Analysis per batch: cannabinoid quantification and THC screen. COAs available on request and at retail.
- Licensing
- NY Retail OCM-HMPR-25-12133 · NY Distribution OCM-HMPD-25-01386 · Manufactured with Emerald City NY, LLC (OCM-HMPM-21-00003).
- Distribution
- Ships to all 50 states via USPS under the federal hemp framework.
Why patients choose zero-THC products
The population reaching for non-detect products skews toward exactly the people in your waiting room: caregivers administering to dependents, patients in drug-tested employment, older adults wary of intoxication, and families who have researched cannabinoids online — sometimes in the context of serious diagnoses — and want a version of that interest with no psychoactive component. We built this education site so that research happens somewhere honest.
What we tell your patients
- To talk to you — explicitly, on every relevant page — before use if they take medication, are pregnant or nursing, manage a condition, or shop for a dependent. We flag that CBD can interact with some medications and leave the specifics to you.
- That research is young. Our cannabinoid guides describe what researchers are studying in hedged, claim-free language, and explicitly warn against brands promising outcomes.
- How to read a COA — for our products and anyone else's.
For pharmacies and practices
Because the entire line is THC non-detect, pharmacies can and do carry it. If you're evaluating hemp products for a pharmacy shelf — or want batch documentation, ingredient specifications, or a conversation with the founder (who came from the medical-dispensary world) — we're straightforward to deal with:
- Email: [email protected] — request COAs, spec sheets, or a call.
- Wholesale & professional accounts: WHOLESALE_DOMAIN
