Conversations & objection handling
Scripts aren't for reciting — they're for the 9pm Saturday rush when your brain is tired and a nervous stranger deserves your best answer anyway. Learn the shape of each one, then say it in your own voice.
The three rules under every script
- Answer the fear before the question. Most objections are worry wearing a question costume. Handle the worry, and the facts land.
- Offer proof, not pressure. "You can check the lab report yourself" is the single most disarming sentence in this business.
- Know your boundary. The instant a conversation turns medical, you hand off — warmly, immediately, every time. It's the law, and it's also the trustworthy move.
The scripts
Will this get me high?
No — and here is exactly why. Everything Chime & Chill makes tests non-detect for THC at a New York State third-party lab, meaning the instruments found no THC at all. CBD, CBG, and CBN are non-psychoactive. You can check the lab report yourself — every batch has one. You will not get high, not from one serving and not from three.
Is this even legal?
Yes. Hemp products under 0.3% THC are federally legal, and these go further — zero detectable THC — which is why they ship to all 50 states via USPS. The brand holds New York licenses for retail and distribution, and manufacturing is done with a licensed NY processor. The license numbers are printed right on the site footer.
How is this different from the THC gummies my friend has?
Same plant family, opposite goal. THC products are psychoactive — the effect is the point. These are built for people who want the calm, rest, or focus side of the plant with zero high: parents, people with drug-tested jobs, anyone who just doesn't like feeling altered. Think of it as the difference between a glass of wine and a chamomile tea — same shelf of life, different job.
Will I fail a drug test?
Standard tests look for THC metabolites, and these products contain no detectable THC — so there's nothing to metabolize. If your job depends on testing, take the batch COA to your program administrator and confirm — that's exactly what the document exists for, and careful is the right way to be.
How much should I take?
That's the beautiful part — it's already decided. Every serving is pre-dosed: one unit is one serving, no droppers, no math. Start with one serving at the time of day it's built for, keep it consistent for a week or two, and adjust slowly from there. The dosing guide on the education site walks through the whole method.
Does CBD actually work? Prove it.
Honest answer: researchers have studied CBD and these other cannabinoids for decades, and that work is real but still maturing — anyone who promises miracles is selling you. What I can give you is what's verifiable: exact contents on a lab report, exact servings, zero THC, and thousands of people who've made these part of a daily routine and stayed. Try the $15 sampler card, give it two consistent weeks, and let your own experience be the study that matters.
Can this help my [condition]?
I genuinely can't speak to medical conditions — not because the answer is secret, but because that's a doctor's conversation, and you deserve a real medical opinion. What I can do is show you exactly what's in each product and the lab report to bring to that appointment. A lot of families in this community have had exactly that conversation with their doctor.
Why is it more expensive than the CBD at the gas station?
You're paying for what's verifiable: NYS third-party lab tests on every batch, true non-detect THC, pre-dosed servings, allergen-safe safflower oil instead of cheap nut or coconut carriers, and a licensed manufacturer. Gas-station CBD is famous for failing exactly those checks. Ask any brand for their COA — the ones who have it answer fast.
The medical-question boundary, drilled
You will be asked about conditions — arthritis, anxiety, a child's diagnosis. Sometimes through tears. The kind answer and the compliant answer are the same answer:
"I hear you, and I'm not able to speak to medical conditions — that's truly a conversation for a doctor. What I can do is show you exactly what's in this and give you the lab report to bring to that appointment."
Never improvise past this line. Not "I've heard it helps with…", not "my cousin used it for…". You can be endlessly warm about everything on the education side — what the cannabinoids are, what people reach for at night, what researchers are studying — and absolutely rigid at the treatment line. That combination is what professional looks like.
